Formerly the publisher and COO at Voice of San Diego, Mary has become a trailblazer in the nonprofit news sector leading the charge for news outlets to focus on building diverse and sustainable business models focused on audience engagement. Working with more than 16 news organizations around the United States, including The Intercept, The Center for Public Integrity and The Center for Investigative Reporting, the News Revenue Hub provides a collaborative environment where news organizations can work together to experiment, trade ideas and problem-solve.
