Head of New Agency Model
Conrad Fritzsch joined Daimler AG in August 2016. On the 1st of January 2018, he started his new role as the head of Head of New Agency Model at Mercedes-Benz. Conrad Fritzsch is responsible for setting up a worldwide digital- and strategy agency to raise digital to the next level.
Before this, he was responsible for the digitalisation of Marketing & Sales where he was in the lead for the development of innovative digital products and the implementation of new working models. He brought marketing and IT together within a swarm organisation and set up a ‘digital house’.
