Yes. The GEN Summit is proud to open volunteering positions for students in the host city. An application form for volunteers will be presented shortly.
Every GEN Summit ticket provides access to all sessions and social events featured on the programme. The only exception is the Data Journalism Awards gala dinner and ceremony – participants wishing to attend will be asked to register in advance. Registration information will be announced soon on the Data Journalism Awards website.

Your GEN Summit ticket is always transferrable. If you can no longer attend the event and would like to give your ticket to a colleague, please get in touch with us directly.
Please check what the visa requirements for your country are. Although GEN cannot liaise with embassies on behalf of participants, we’ll be happy to provide an invitation letter, which can be included as part of your application. If you would like to request an invitation letter, please contact us.
If you cannot make it to the Summit, you may cancel your ticket at any moment leading up to the event. Cancellation fees will apply – visit the bookings page for details.
